We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Receptionist/ Administrator to join our team at our Warwick office.
You should ideally have experience in reception and administrative work as you will be required to support with a range of office functions alongside front-of-house duties.
In this dual-role position, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our front-of-house function while also supporting wider office and administrative activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident, enjoys a varied workload, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering a professional service.
Hours of work will be 08:00 – 16:00 / 09:00 – 17:00 in weekly rotation.

As a successful applicant you must be able to demonstrate:
experience using Microsoft office
skills of organising filing systems and computer files
good customer service skills
excellent communication skills, as you will be both patient facing and using the telephone.
IT literacy
excellent organisational skills
the ability to work well under pressure
the ability to multi task
The key element of this role is to respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone calls, ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and directed to the correct department. The role also involves accurately completing a variety of administrative and IT‑based tasks.
To be successful in this role you must have good communication skills both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills. A flexible, organized and enthusiastic attitude is essential.
