Job Summary

We are seeking Radiographers to join our mobile team at multiple sites across the UK. 

These positions are open to any Radiographer with more than one year post qualification experience, ideally with some basic experience in cross sectional imaging.

You will follow a competency programme to increase your knowledge in CT.

You must have a patient-focused attitude to ensure patient care is delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and IT literacy are essential. Previous IV training is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

All applicants must hold a Diploma of the College of Radiographers or BSc in Radiography or other UK recognised qualification, have a current HCPC Registration and evidence of CPD.

The hours for this role are 36 hours per week Monday - Sunday.

Required Skills and Experience

You must have the appropriate qualifications and HCPC registration (or in the process of registering with UK HCPC)

You must hold a full driving license and be legally able to drive in the UK.

Main duties of the job

The ideal candidate will perform a wide variety of CT examinations and this would be an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience to further develop their career. The successful candidate will have a flexible and patient-focused attitude and be able to work flexibly within the team. We are looking for someone who can build an excellent rapport with patients and customers (both internal and external) and continue to provide high standards of care and service.

The ideal candidate should have some (1 – 2 years) CT experience with the ability and organisational skills to work with the team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and IT literacy are essential. The candidate should be accustomed to performing different type of CT.  (including contrast and non-contrast) on a routine basis.
