We have a brand new opportunity to join our in-house legal team at Alliance Medical Ltd.
The Legal Administrator will play a key role in enabling the delivery of legal services by maintaining systems, managing communications, and supporting the legal team’s operational effectiveness. The postholder will manage the legal inbox, calendar, and document filing systems, and assist with contract and policy administration, registration documentation, and legal training logistics. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Maintain all mandatory training commensurate with the role, and take responsibility for own development
· Be familiar with and practice the requirements set out around Duty of Candour
· Maintain the confidentiality of information about patients, staff and other health service business and meet the requirements of the Data Protection legislation at all times
· Carry out basic admin reviews in accordance with the legal department’s SOPs from time to time and under the supervision of more senior team members.
· Draft letters and other correspondence as directed.
· Maintain the contract catalogue and central registry, ensuring contracts are logged, tracked, and stored correctly.
· Assist with the preparation and formatting of legal templates, letters, and standard documents.
· Support the filing and organisation of external counsel correspondence and legal documentation
· Manage the legal inbox

We are looking for individuals with prior administrative experience and accustomed to working with stakeholders at all levels.
Ideally you will have prior experience in a similar role, be well organised, and IT literate.
